Tom May

Rugby World Cup winner Richard Hill is one of the world’s greatest back row players. By the end of an illustrious professional career he had amassed 71 caps for his country and for many was the heartbeat of the England team during the modern era. He was the only player never to be dropped during Clive Woodward’s reign and at his peak his name was the first to go down on a world XV team-sheet. Since retirement Richard has found a new niche with Saracens in a business development capacity, helping to implement their highly successful and innovative campaign to bring rugby to a new audience. As a Saracens Academy mentor his experience and guidance has proved invaluable in helping their young players set and achieve their goals, driving their club to further success on the field. Ever the gentleman, and in a possession with a strong sense of self deprecating humour, he has proved a highly successful keynote and after dinner speaker.
